Yesterday Motorola unveiled a slew of new G series smartphones namely the G200, G71, G51, G41 and G31. It turns out that some of them are already being prepared for launch in India.
We are talking about the Moto G71 5G, G51 5G and G31. All three have already received the necessary certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), a prerequisite for launch.

It’s unclear if the other new G-Series devices will make the leap to the subcontinent, but these three most certainly will. Unfortunately, we can’t tell you when to expect them to become official for the Indian market, but we guess the wait can’t be long – after all, they’ve already been announced internationally. , it’s no longer as if they were mysteries.
The Moto G71 5G comes with a 6.4 ” 1080×2400 AMOLED display, Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, 5000mAh battery with 30W charge, triple rear camera setup (50 Main MP, ultra-wide 8 MP, 2 MP macro), a 16 MP selfie snapper and Android 11 on board.
The Moto G51 5G comes with a massive 6.8-inch 120Hz LCD display, but maintains the same resolution, battery capacity, maximum memory, and rear camera setup. Up front you get a 13 MP shooter and the phone only charges at 10 W. It also runs Android 11.
Finally, the G31 is a 4G device with the SoC Helio G85 at the helm, a screen that looks identical to the G71, 4GB of RAM, a 48 MP main rear camera (flanked by an 8 MP ultra-wide and ‘a 2 MP macro), the G51’s 13 MP selfie camera, and again a 5,000 mAh battery with a 10 W charge. In case you were wondering, yes – Android 11 boots here too .
