“Honor of Kings” Becomes World’s Highest Grossing Mobile Game in October

Honor of kings‘Tencent became the highest grossing mobile game in the world for October 2021 with $ 329 million in spend for gamers, representing a growth of 46.2% from October 2020.

About 96.7 percent of “Honor of Kings” revenues came from China, followed by 1.2 percent from Taiwan. The full ranking of the highest grossing mobile games for October 2021 is above, Sensor Tower reports.

PUBG Mobile by Tencent was the second highest grossing mobile game in the world for October 2021 with more than $ 197 million in gross revenue.

About 51 percent of PUBG Mobile’s revenue came from China, where it was located as “Game For Peace”, followed by 11.5% from the United States.

The next highest grossing game was King’s Candy Crush Saga, followed by Garena Free Fire by Garena and League of Legends: Wild Rift from Riot Games, released by its parent company Tencent in China.

The global mobile games market generated $ 7.5 billion in player spending on the App Store and Google Play in October 2021, marking a 10.5% year-over-year increase.

The number one global revenue market in October 2021 was the United States, which racked up $ 2.1 billion, or 28.3% of total player spending globally. Japan ranked second for revenue at around 20%, followed by China, where Google Play is not available, at 18.7%.
