Updates to entry requirements
Many stadium entry requirements have been updated, you can find a full list of updates at https://giostadiumcanberra.com.au/ticketing/conditions-of-entry/
Collecting tickets:
Any ticket holder who cannot find their ticket purchased via Ticketek can go to the Ticketek ticket office to have their ticket reissued. ID will be required to print replacement tickets for the day. Tickets will be available at the door, but we strongly encourage everyone to pre-purchase online for ease of entry and to avoid having to wait in lines.

Raiders Shop outlets will open on the West Forecourt and South Concourse. These outlets will open at 5 p.m. and close at the end of the NRL half-time (approximately 8:30 p.m.). Remember, members receive 10% off food and merchandise purchased at GIO Stadium.

Membership requests:
Any current members with questions about the day can visit the members kiosk at the East or West ticket boxes.
Membership ticket replacement:
If a member does not have their physical membership card with them, we encourage them to use their digital card on their mobile device. If you don’t have your mobile device with you, please visit the Membership Team at the box office before kick-off. Tickets cannot be printed at member counters. Members can print their tickets at home or access them on their smart devices by logging into their member account.
West and East Members Lounge
Members will not have access to what are usually the west or east member lounges due to capacity and crowding restrictions. These lounges will provide additional public bars to serve grandstand customers only until the end of the NRL match.

Car park
Paid parking is in place for this game at $10 per vehicle. Early bird parking is applicable at $5 per vehicle up to 45 minutes before NRL kick off.
