A Time Rift video leak may have occurred

A a new video appeared this strength leaked the first images of the mobile game Rockman XZ: Time Rift from Chinese developer NebulaJoy – but there is a very strange story that surrounds him.

Let’s go back a bit. Although this was not noticed until more than six months later, NebulaJoy announced in September 2020 that it was developing an officially licensed mobile game for Capcom called Rockman XZ: Time Rift. Additional reports from the first Mega man news site, The Rockman Corner, has revealed that the game will be primarily a 2D single-player action RPG that aims for a 2022-2023 release. It will also feature PvP, like NebulaJoy’s other Capcom licensed mobile game, Devil May Cry: Fighting Pillar, but this is generally a “console” experience. In addition, the official logo of Mega Man XZ: Time Rift borrows the “X” from Mega man x logo and the “Z” of the Mega Man Zero logo, so the game was presumed to be a cross between the two series (and not a new entry in the Mega Man ZX series).

Review of the alleged Rockman XZ: Time Rift video leak

So far everything is fine, but The Rockman Corner announced news again today with what strength be leaked video from Rockman XZ: Time Rift. And here’s where things get weird: A YouTube user who currently has the name “Got fired“Posted a 19-second video on September 7 that is currently” unlisted “and whose name is largely unreadable, but it features X of Mega man x fighting zero of Mega Man Zero. “Got Fired” is the account of a seemingly former NebulaJoy associate who may have been, well, fired. The person had notoriety acquired before to produce extremely bizarre, error-laden, poorly animated, and gameplay-exaggerating ads for Mega Man X Diving, a separate mobile game developed by Capcom Taiwan that NebulaJoy is now overseeing for its global release. These ads were in fact judged official also, due to a long series of bizarre circumstances.

So now the question is whether this former NebulaJoy associate leaked the first video footage of Rockman XZ: Time Rift or if it is simply an elaborate hoax by an individual with a history of bizarre videos. Some circumstances suggest this is the former, although as Rockman Corner notes, the designs of X and Zero seem to reflect more recent model kits than their classic in-game character models. In all cases, the audio probably consists of spaces reserved at the present time.

If this video is a real leak from Rockman XZ: Time Rift, chances are it will be taken offline by NebulaJoy or someone else soon. Enjoy it – or download it – while you can. (We may, however, upload additional screenshots for you if the video is removed.) Additionally, it should be noted that this mobile game is not the Capcom game known as Rockman taisen Where Mega Man Match, which was leaked during the Capcom hack but has yet to be officially announced.
